A poor, inconsistent call-to-action, or wrong CTA for buyer's stage in buying cycle ☠️

Failing to create a sense of trust - no accreditations, FAQs, phone number, or address ☠️

Risk. Not answering legitimate visitor doubts. How long will this take? What if it goes wrong? What do I need to know? ☠️

Social proof. You need it. Testimonials, quantification, case studies, wait list. Consider embeddding tweet testimonials 🟢

Show don't tell. Try and demonstrate your product through animations or demos. Not just telling people 👀

No video. We know video converts but we're lazy or anxious to film ourselves. 60 seconds, good light, clear sound, on iPhone 🟢

Too many distractions, links, other CTAs. Remember: everything focused on one conversion goal 🎯

Trying to reach too many personas. Start with one person, broaden later 🦾
