ProtectOurVotes.com has formed a project called Photo Finish to take photographs of final precinct results poll tapes on election nights. Volunteers send those photos to us through our Photo Uploader. If there are technical problems, they can send us the photos or videos 1/5

by email to [e-mail] with PHOTO FINISH 2020 in the ¨Subject¨heading and include the name of the precinct, county and state. It’s this easy to upload: Our Citizen Analyst volunteers will then tabulate all those results and compare them 2/5

to the official final results that are being reported. If you are interested in being a volunteer please sign up to our Photo Finish Volunteer List on our Photo Finish page. We ran a trial project in Louisiana July 11th and have picked several states to monitor up until and 3/5

including the 2020 November elections. The elections that we have targeted to run Photo Finish Actions in 2020 are:

August 4 Michigan state primary
August 6 Tennessee state primary 4/5

These are the poll tapes that have election night results on them and should be posted to precinct doors and windows, after the poll closing procedures are completed. Please note: It is illegal in TX to take photos of the poll closing procedures. Wait until the tape is posted.
