2. This project aimed at improving accessibility to high quality #meded, using an innovative but immersive approach. It was simple, but impactful, and is fully scalable to provide trust wide (or even further reaching) training on an important topic - the skin assessment
3. For editing, to improve educational value, I used simple titles and pictures overlaid onto the 360 spherical video using adobe premiere pro. For interactivity, we used pause points to get users to complete relevant documentation on the assessment they had just witnessed.
4. This programme was piloted with a range of healthcare professionals on one of our medical wards. We used the Oculus Go to deliver the intervention and found that user confidence/preparedness increased after going through the programme with fantastic feedback overall.
5. The intervention was a @HSJ_Awards finalist, named the most innovative idea as part of the NHS Improvement Pressure Ulcers Collaborative! A fantastic effort all round, only made possible with the commitment of my colleagues @SheilaGinty
