This week's #lettertomyself with @scott_mills has used journaling techniques to help people respond to an unprecedented, unpredictable change in circumstances when young people are unsure about exams, university, work, and general life
The beautiful and incredible vulnerability @claraamfo showed in using her platform to educate a nation that hasn't learnt our history was inspiring (and everyone should listen to bit.ly/2CCmLXO)
The way in which @seanibremix and @DJAce from @1Xtra candidly and warmly spoke about their own experiences as well as inviting listeners of all ethnicities to discuss structural and incidental racism at such a charged time was illuminating and galvanising bit.ly/2ZyIyJ5
The station made clear that #BlackLivesMatter through open discussions that (I hope) meant their black listeners felt heard and the rest of us listened. That took work and courage in such a politicised environment
And @gregjames constant balance of #calculatedsilliness and heartfelt focus on #MentalHealthMatters has regularly been uplifting on days that started off down whilst encouraging us all to keep going, even if that is in the #BigBathClub. Makes my mornings
