I have been called in to 52 Division. I am requesting access to my client - who has a constitutional right to counsel immediately and without delay pursuant to Section 10b of the Charter. It's been 3 hours now.
UPDATE: I was told by 52 division at 2:47 pm that I would be granted access to my client in 5 minutes. 5 minutes have turned into 30 minutes.
Update: My client is being detained without charges and without a lawyer. Section 10b of the Charter guarantees the right to counsel immediately and without delay. @marksaunderstps Release these Canadians now.
Update: 3 Canadians have been detained for 5 HOURS at 52 Division. I am requesting all three be released now @marksaunderstps @JohnTory
Update: 3 Canadians have been arrested and detained without access to a lawyer for approx 5 hours. My client tells me she will develop seizures without access to her medication. I am requesting release now @philldmorgan @jpags @KamilKaramali @KrisReports @angelinaaking
Update: I have been called into 52 Division. I fail to understand why I have to learn about the whereabouts of my clients through the media. I am requesting release of all 3 Canadians NOW.

UPDATE: I am at 52 Division with our elected officials. TPS told the media and the Canadian public that my client has been released. That was 3 hours ago. And still no sign of my client. This is an ONGOING detention.
I am w/ elected officials @ChrisGloverMPP @SuzeMorrison @beyrima demanding the release of 3 Canadians who have been detained for 8+ hours. Police informed the media that 2 have been released. Not true. Please sustain the pressure. @CNN 
To Toronto Police Services: The world is watching. Take the high road. Honour your word and press release and release the detainees now. Stop negotiating through the media.
