When Switzerland stopped hydroxychloroquine, COVID-19 mortality increased.

When they resumed it, mortality decreased.
Ironically, a "stop/start" pattern like that is exactly what lockdown proponents should be able to show in deaths data.

Yet they never have. Not in a single country or state.
Switzerland wasn't a fluke. When France halted hydroxychloroquine, COVID-19 mortality increased.

When they resumed it, mortality fell.
But here is an argument against this interpretation:

1\ Around the world, "excess" deaths are moving into "deficit", confirming that COVID-19 merely harvested those on death's door (many of whom were only alive because of two consecutive years of mild flu)

Here is Europe in pronounced deficit:
2\ Although it would be better to average deaths over a few years to capture fluctuations in flu severity, we can already see 2020 excess deaths starting to bend back towards normalcy (despite no population adjustment!)
3\ We know lockdowns didn't work. Which invites the following observation:

2020 deaths exceed 2018 deaths by about the same amount that 2018 deaths exceeded 2016 deaths

So why didn't we suspend civil rights and cast the world's poor into unemployment in 2018?

1\ There's a more subtle problem with Affirmative Action

The perception is that an AA admission to UCSF is someone who otherwise wouldn't have gone to medical school

But this is wrong.

Let me explain why...
2\ UCSF is the #6 ranked medical school in the US

Now, UCSF will still admit the most qualified applicant who meets their relaxed racial standards

So they will admit someone who otherwise would have gone to, say, to MIT medical school (#7 ranked)

3\ But MIT, of course, is engaged in the same racial quotas. With their candidate now going to UCSF, they will lower their standards to admit someone who otherwise would have gone to Columbia (#8 ranked)

And so on, down the line of colleges...
