So Judge Sullivan has forced DOJ to spend 10 weeks handing over additional exculpatory evidence that shows Flynn is not guilty! Good thing he refused to accept the DOJ's cover up in the Motion to Dismiss which claims there was no misconduct or false DOJ filings in the Flynn case.
Problem with Sidney Powell's argument is that the DOJ also said that no crimes were committed against Flynn & that 3 1/2 years of DOJ filings saying Flynn was guilty were still true & they would not retract or correct them.

Do you believe there was no misconduct in Flynn's case?
Who wants Judge Sullivan to rubber stamp a DOJ Motion to Dismiss that says Flynn was guilty, DOJ is letting him off on a technicality & no one at DOJ or the Special Counsel's office did anything wrong in the case?

Too many apparently...
Can we hope that DOJ"s filing today will finally explain why Judge Contreras recused from the case days after taking the guilty plea?
Or will this incident be forever covered up with the Motion to Dismiss?
Gee, it's almost like Judge Sullivan knew on 12/18/18 that Van Grack was lying about Flynn's guilt. Yet DOJ's Motion to Dismiss says there was no misconduct & it has retracted none of his statements for being untrue.
This makes no sense, How can you say the way to make the federal court an "independent bulwark for the rule of law" then claim it has to be a rubber stamp when the DOJ violates the rule of law. It seems like it's here to set up for the court to spike this point into the precedent
Powell is arguing that if DOJ makes a corrupt decision (like prosecuting Flynn in the first place) that the court is just a rubber stamp. Likewise if DOJ wants to protect corrupt prosecutors, the court must be just a rubber stamp.

So the judge must rubber stamp corruption? Crazy
Completely pretends they've never heard of the Presumption of Regularity where the judge does not have reason to question DOJ's motion.
But how could anyone make the claim with a straight face that the Flynn case was handled regularly?
How can we believe DOJ's motion to dismiss?
You have to accept that DOJ's claim in the Motion to Dismiss that there was no misconduct is true & not suspicious at all. So yes, if there was no evidence of misconduct by anyone at DOJ then the judge must dismiss.

To oppose Sullivan you have to accept that Flynn wasn't framed.
I am unwilling to accept that this was all just an honest mistake, that no one at DOJ did anything wrong in prosecuting Flynn or concealment of Brady evidence that helped his case.

Because that is what DOJ's Motion to Dismiss is asking Judge Sullivan to rubber stamp...
I am also unwilling to accept that to help @GenFLynn we must also support DOJ's slight of hand in which they asked the judge to only dismiss 2 of the 3 charges with prejudice, so that the prosecution of General Flynn can begin again on the 3rd charge.
Really another 3 1/2 years?
The court has hijacked the attempted cover up to expose the corruption. Which is why we have received multiple documents through his Brady order after this case would be back in a new grand jury to prosecute Flynn without that exculpatory evidence being exposed.
