On the last date, Court had asked UGC to clarify if MCQs, Assignments, Presentation etc were permitted to be conducted for final year students.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta : Yesterday there was a petition before Justice Bhushan's Bench. It challenged the policy and was dismissed. Then there were more Petitions. They will come up after two days.
