The petition further states that probe needs to see "whether these elements have been set up by the jihadi forces/elements under a plan and/or sinister design of making this country an Islamic state."

Adv Jha: The notification by Bihar govt yersterday states that it extends power and jurisdiction for CBI to the whole of Bihar in connection to the FIR registered by Sushant’s father. Now Maharashtra government does not want probe and the CBI probe is only within Bihar
