@MisterBitty_ Meditate, exercise, and *listen* to your loved ones to stay grounded.

If those don't ground you, tune what will ground you now.

Don't get lost in screens, charts and CT all day.

Make sure to zoom out your perspective regularly.

@MisterBitty_ Control your risk and start taking profits (into stable, diversified from crypto, assets) in the mid-to-late stages of the next mania.

Some cryptoassets are worth holding forever, but if you are 100% crypto now, maybe you should only be 50% crypto by the end of the next bull.

@MisterBitty_ It is near impossible to exit perfectly at the top, so do it at comfortable levels over time. Get comfortable with foregoing paper gains to protect your principal.

@MisterBitty_ For example, take 2x your cost out at a 20x (leaving 18x), 4x your cost out at 40x. Then, from that 40x level you have a 6x locked-in, but 32x your cost still riding.

At an 80x or 100x you could do similar things (if you have assets that hit those levels).

@MisterBitty_ At the 80-100x levels, some people will exit entirely, others will choose to hold a fraction forever.

Both work, just know that you'll want some fiat (or stable-ish, widely used MoE) eventually.

@MisterBitty_ Lastly, do not underestimate how hard it is to sell your darlings.

If an asset gives you a 100x, that can be life-changing.

By that time, it will have given your brain truckloads of chemicals that make it v hard to let go.

But to keep yourself sane, you must let some go.
