Benefits of running @ObyteOrg full node #DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph):

1) Direct write access to public decentralized database (no middlemen like miners/stakers who you need to bribe on #blockchain to get your transaction in).

2) Direct read access to public decentralized database (more privacy, no leaking of personally identifiable information to hub or relay). Just a TOR service is not going to help a light node privacy if the same device asks somebody about same addresses again and again.

3) Be the first to know when transactions become stable (confirmed and final). Light nodes need to wait for a proof from hub or relay. Once a transaction is stable on Obyte, it is final for good, there are no reorgs like there are on blockchains.

4) You will help decentralized Obyte network (no single point of failure like some other DAGs) to become more distributed around the world. This will help other new full nodes to get synced when there are more fast nodes around them, but it's random.

5) You can sum all the UTXOs and verify the total supply and circulation supply real-time without trusting any of the explorers which might have their own estimate or understanding how to calculate the supply.

6) You might learn something new like: all the cryptocurrencies are not the same forks of Bitcoin anymore (there are totally new ones inspired from it), not all DAG-based cryptocurrencies have the same consensus algorithms or language they have been written or even database.

7) You might discover and get addicted to how easy it is to write #dApps with language and tools that you might be already familiar with: Node.js, JSON5 and VS @code.
