Interestingly, hepatic vein was ok (both S & D below the baseline; think S<D, cannot be sure without EKG). Assume due to good RV compliance (why is it not tiring out in chronic pulm HTN 🤔)

No edema.
Seen for CKD (1st visit) but renal function relatively stable. Added low-dose diuretic mainly for hyperkalemia; F/u would be interesting; portal v waveform improves with diuretic? 🤔
