.@rweingarten: As a social studies teacher and a lawyer, what I've found that is really helpful is listening to the scientists and doctors. As a result we've learned how to plan for schools to #ReopenSafely.
Our plans for schools to #ReopenSafely are focused on:
1) Community spread and infection rates.
2) Plans for testing, tracing and isolation.
3) Funding to make this work in terms of resources and support, including for #PPE.
