✅ Short-term and long-term economic impacts

From the @cdpolicano guidance, it is inevitable that all schools will close from. @rweingarten stresses that we need to make sure that kids get fed, that we are caring for the most vulnerable, and that we address digital equity so we can properly institute online learning.
