@AdeleyeSamuelA: You have no chances to get admission alone in many Nigerian universities with that profile let alone scholarships Abroad. What can you do?
1. Recreate your profile with high test scores (>320 in GRE and >100 in TOEFL or >7.5 in IELTS.

2. Take a masters degree and correct your background CGPA with a stronger one. I have said this before. Your Masters is useless if you have a lower CGPA than your bachelors.
