Jogendranath Mandal was born in 1904 in a Dalit family of Maiskadi in Barisal district in Bengal

Mandal came close to the top leadership of Congress till 1939-40, but after some time he distanced himself from Congress and joined Muslim League party. Jogendranath Mandal started being counted among the special members of Muslim League because Mandal was a very big Dalit leader of undivided India, so big that he was even bigger than Dr. Ambedkar. It is also said and there is evidence for this that Dr. Ambedkar was launched by Mandal.

👉The government has issued crucial orders granting autonomy to temples.
👉The Department of Endowments has directed that officials and executive officers should not interfere in temple traditions, Agama, and Vedic affairs.
👉A Vedic committee is to be appointed in every temple.
👉The committee's recommendations should guide new services, fees, and auspicious times for events.
👉In case of differing opinions within the committee, advice from spiritual leaders should be sought.
