@PortlandPolice allowed Proud boys to attack protestors with chemical weapons, shoot at people, attack them with batons and then protected them as they left before demanding that the protestors disperse.

Now they have said they won't get involved between conflicts between "willing participants". This is to say "we won't stop racist organisations attacking those who protest them", despite the obvious fact that most protestors are liberal and much less violently minded.

This is following several fash videos of "defund the police? Without them to protect you, we'll murder you all" and police and fash shown on numerous occasions to be friendly. The situation is clear. The state wants to teach the libs a lesson "here is what happens without us"

I think if any location in the west is organised and aware enough to mount continued resistance to fascist forces on the streets then it is Portland. Nearing 90 days of brutality at the hands of the authoritarian forces both state and otherwise they are still there.

I'd appeal to comrades in the USA to take the change in patter seriously, if you are able, help them out.

Follow local lead on how they want to go on. Perhaps we'll see a shift in tone, as the fash want to get more violent, they say nah and get very fluffy highlight the fash 5/

Perhaps they will level up, get even more organised, and start taking after comrades elsewhere, build up a squatted district and defend it? No cops, no fash. IDK just seed planting. The world stands with PDX, whatever your future holds. You are not alone and you can win. -r
