Immadi Pulikeshi is one of d few emperors of Karnataka who are admired for their military prowess as well as their benevolent attitude. The Aihole inscription written in Sanskrit, used old Kannada script. there"s a mention of Poet Kalidasa victory over Harshavardhana & Pallavas.
