The biggest digital forensics investigation by a data protection authority ever undertaken, analyzing many terabytes of US electoral and OCEAN data on servers seized under criminal warrant for violations of the UK Data Protection Act of 1998…appears to have been abandoned. 
Last year, the ICO claimed to @CommonsDCMS that analysis of the seized CA/SCL servers was forthcoming. @EmmaLBriant confirms that this effort has been abandoned at the discretion of the Information Commissioner, Elizabeth Denham, without explanation. #TheGreatHack
At great personal risk, we obtained this document by UK court order as instructed by @RaviNa1k. It indicates how ICO struggled to get passwords for seized servers with pressure applied to the administrators of CA/SCL. We believe my lawsuit helped pry open these locked servers.
I instructed my solicitor @RaviNa1k to write to @ICOnews today to substantiate its decision apparently abandoning #OperationCederberg, their code name for the forensic analysis of the seized CA/SCL servers containing unlawful US voter data. #TheGreatHack
I wasn’t the only American worried about our voter data being sent abroad to the UK in 2016. So was Paul Manafort associate, Rick Gates, who was convicted for Conspiracy Against the US and Making False Statements, same guy sending data to RU intelligence agent over WhatsApp.#SSCI
