7) herd immunity is generally only for vaccine strategy. Granted, some evidence suggests we might not need the full 70% immunity for herd to kick in, but still likely 45-50%. But that’s nowhere near where we are at.
8) And who’s the new WH pandemic advisor with this not-quite-so-genius herd idea? Neuroradiologist Scott Atlas from conservative Hoover institute, and a Fox News talking head who is anti lockdown and pro school reopenings. 🤦🏻♂️
