Rahul Mahajan, along with Harish Sharma, Sahil Zaroo, Nigerian nationals Abdul Latif Ashola alias Mohd Abdullah, Egbedokun James Taiwo and others are/were facing trial under the IPC and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act for their alleged roles in the case
Rahul Mahajan was accused of consuming and distributing drugs at the official residence of his slain father in a late night party on June 2, 2006.
Rahul, along with his late father's secretary Vivek Moitra, was admitted to Apollo Hospital here in the wee hours of June 2, 2006 after allegedly consuming drugs. Moitra had died later in the hospital.

Maximum increases will occur in the most populous and least developed States, where the facilities for cancer diagnostics and treatment are grossly inadequate.

The types of cancers in India are also undergoing a transition, similar to a report from Japan five decades ago.
There has been a decline of cancers caused by infections, such as cervical, stomach, and penile cancer, and an increase in cancers associated with energy intake, physical activity imbalance and ageing, such as breast, colorectal and prostate cancers.

The Global Firepower Index shows Russia at second place.

Like India, Britain, France, Germany and Japan have similar annual military budgets. Yet on a budget like that Russia is willing and able to deploy power in far away places.
Its new nuclear attack submarines now prowl all the oceans. Its long range bombers project power deep into the neighboring skies. Clearly power is something more than just money and manpower.

One definite factor is military exports.

Problems facing the country.

Biggest problem facing the country is the concentration of wealth in the hands of few and their complete lack of confidence in the the economy going forward.
What has happened over the last eight years is that Modi has followed an agenda of making people poor (to make them dependent on the government and thus appear as their savior when giving free ration, etc.) and transfer the money into the hands of the rich.
Taxes have been socialized and profits have been privatized.

But this has had a bad effect on the economy. The purchasing power of the masses has eroded and that has led to fall in sales of products and services of the big corporate entities.
