4. @EnergyMinK oversees this corruption with the full blessings of @StateHouseKenya & complicity of the 'brown-envelope' National Assembly+Senate.

The Least Cost Power Development Plan (LCPDP) 2017-2037 details the stealing plans incl. 'clean' energy & nuclear.

5. So, @KenyaPower with its conflict-of-interest Board where the PS @EnergyMinK also sits, cannot be profitable because it carries the burden of a chain of corrupt practices.

On top of this, KPLC has also stolen Sh150B from itself according to @DCI_Kenya Kinoti.

6. The energy cartels poured money to shut down Petitions 6 & 59 in Oct/Nov 2018.

Since Dec 2018, #EJ6 @WanjeriNderu @hotshotcreative @KingFredAsira @eva_m_mutua & James Gitau have been fighting to reopen the two petitions.

These petitions will change our lives.

Did you catch this yesterday?

So: Gulf Energy (acquired by Rubis) illegally imports 30,000MT of fuel on 30Dec '21 & quietly off loaded it until 2Jan '22. No public tendering whatsoever. Gulf "mysteriously" jumped the queue ahead of 4 vessels with legal imports.

2. The 4 vessels attracted demurrage of Ksh100M that will be passed on to us @ the pump. OMAK raised the alarm @DCI_Kenya @EACCKenya @EPRA_Ke
@Petro_MiningKE & threatened legal action.

The Rubis CEO Jean-Christian Bergerone clutched his pearls & feigned outrage.

3. Bergerone roundly condemned the illegal importation [his company's import] & proposed that the loot be shared with OMAK members. Rubis breaks the law & plays victim. Maajabu.

Be advised that your Deputy Registrar, Constitutional Division (Milimani), has repeatedly declined to sign our Petition 6 Notice of Appeal that #EnergyJustice6 filed on November 5th 2020.

We have been forced to write to @Kenyajudiciary

2. When Apollo Mboya secretly settled Petition 6 of 2018, he was awarded costs to be paid by @KenyaPower & @EPRA_Ke. This is in addition to an amount he allegedly received to kill the case focusing on the theft of OUR Sh10.1B by KPLC.

3. #EnergyJustice6 sought to revive the case in court because Apollo should not have settled it privately. This is about high bills, vendor cartels & thieves.

When denied yet again, we filed a Notice of Appeal on November 5th 2020. @CJMarthaKoome @Kenyajudiciary
