Did you catch this yesterday?

So: Gulf Energy (acquired by Rubis) illegally imports 30,000MT of fuel on 30Dec '21 & quietly off loaded it until 2Jan '22. No public tendering whatsoever. Gulf "mysteriously" jumped the queue ahead of 4 vessels with legal imports.

#WhoOwnsRubis 2. The 4 vessels attracted demurrage of Ksh100M that will be passed on to us @ the pump. OMAK raised the alarm @DCI_Kenya @EACCKenya @EPRA_Ke

Eish! 2. Circa 2013-14, @MOH_Kenya envisioned a 7-10yr Public Private Partnership (PPP) to equip 94 Level 4 & 5 hospitals across 47 counties. This was approved on 22 Jan, 2014.

The PPP was ditched by June 2014 & an international Open Tender MOH/001/2014/2015 was launched.

So, friends. I have an update:

3rd #COVID19 test yesterday. 32 days since I quarantined/isolated at home.

Still tested positive. What? Surely. . .

My Physician reviewed my case & as per CDC guidelines, I can consider myself covid-free and released from isolation.

(thread) 2. Although not common, it isn't unheard of for people to continuously test positive for #COVID19. Esp those who were symptomatic. I seem to be one of them.

Perhaps I had a heavy viral load that is taking a while to clear from my system.

Symptoms are gone.

Just to let you know that I tested positive for #COVID19 today despite all the usual precautions.

I am sharing this with you because we must fight stigma. Also, reading the stories & seeing the wider lack of govt preparedness, we really are on our own.

I will keep you posted. 2. I am exceedingly touched by the outpouring of support and love from all you. I can hardly believe it. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

It goes to show that we have the ability and the HUMANITY to carry one another through these difficult #COVID19 times.

The Senate Health Committee sanitized the multi billion Sh MES & behaves as if it has been "brown enveloped" over Mike Macharia's Sh4.9B HCIT contract that was cancelled in Nov '19. Why hasn't it summoned the Theft Architects CS Macharia & PS Muraguri?

It was TEMPORARY.
