#EDODECIDES2020: HOW OBASEKI CAN TAME FEDERAL MIGHT

@GovernorObaseki of Edo State is not my man-Friday based on certain principles.

Howbeit, ahead of #EdoDecides2020, he is the under-dog, as his estranged buddy- @A_Oshiomhole, @AsiwajuTinubu, et al, are coming with Fed Might.

2/ Since 2015, till date, I've critically analyzed several elections conducted under the Muhammadu Buhari regime and I can confidently tell anyone who cares to listen that elections are still 'won' & 'lost' at Polling Units (PUs), depending on who outsmarts best (rigging).

3/ Edo has 2,627 Polling Units. @PoliceNG says it was deploying 31, 000 police officers for #EdoDecides2020. Instead of 11 officers per PU, it says it is deploying 3. That is 7,881 police officers manning 2,627 PUs. Where are the rest 23,119 police officers? Kogi/Bayelsa loading?

4/ Dear @GovernorObaseki, I know Federal Might is coming for your head come this weekend. But as the under-dog, I give you some wise counsels to beat god-fatherism and the rudderless @A_Oshiomhole, @AsiwajuTinubu, et al, to their games.

5/ WINNING STRATEGIES

1. @PoliceNG Factor: @OfficialPDPNig should within the next 72 hours, request the IGP/CP Edo to release names of 7,881 police officers to man each PU.

Their name tags must be boldly written on their uniforms on Election Day, for easy verification.

6/ 2. @OfficialPDPNig should call on @PoliceNG authorities to RELEASE SERVICE HELP-LINES to Edolites for emergencies.

It should contain the names/phone nos of the deployed DIG, AIG, 8 CPs, as well as all DPOs of Police Stations across Edo State. They must be held responsible.

7/ 3. @inecnigeria Factor: PDP must call on on INEC to release names of INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner; officials at 2,627 Polling Units; 126 Wards; 18 LGAs & the State's Collation Centre. Edolites know people to hold responsible. INEC must also RELEASE SERVICE HELP-LINES.

8/ 4. PDP EMERGENCY HELP LINES: PDP should set up Call Centres across 2,627 PUs; 126 Wards & 18LGAs for its Voters to RAISE ALARMS and LODGE COMPLAINTS of:

- LATE ARRIVAL OF ELECTION MATERIALS
- IRREGULARITIES OF THE VOTING PROCESSES
- VOTE BUYING BY APC OFFICIALS...

9/ - VIOLENCE AGAINST VOTERS/POLLING UNITS AGENTS, INEC OFFICIALS BY APC THUGS

- COLLUSION BY THE POLICE/MILITARY PERSONNELS WITH APC AGENTS

This would go a long way for the PDP, if implemented judiciously.

10/ 5. VOTING JURISDICTION & REGISTERED VOTERS: @OfficialPDPNig must call on @inecnigeria to release to the public, within the next 72 hours, accurate number of Registered Voters in each of the 2,627 Polling Units.

11/ PDP's Gallant, Radical & Militaristic Polling Units Agents MUST be ALERT on the number of Voters in their Polling Units, as stated on the Voters Register before the commencement of ACCREDITATION OF VOTERS & VOTING.

12/ Once, the number of Accredited Voters exceed, even by ONE PERSON, in any of the 2,627 polling units, an ALARM MUST BE RAISED to the appropriate PDP HELP LINES and authorities for appropriate actions.

I repeat, elections are still 'won' & 'lost' at Polling Units.

13/ 6. ADEQUATE WELFARE OF POLLING UNITS AGENTS/CANVASSERS

Finally, I urge @GovernorObaseki & his team to within the next 72hours, convene an EXTRA-ORDINARY SPECIAL MEETING of TRUSTED, GALLANT, RADICAL, MILITARISTIC & RELIABLE PDP POLLING UNITS AGENTS and CANVASSERS.

14/ @GovernorObaseki must meet ONE ON ONE with them, boost their MORAL, etc. If not, they may eventually 'work' for the APC, when they see better offers on the D-day.

REASON: Party Leaders may collect money for Election Day Logistics, conner the FUNDS INTO THEIR PRIVATE POCKETS.

15/ When that happens, on election day, these Agents/Canvassers at Polling Units not duly mobilised for election logistics; got no FOOD NOR WATER to quench their hunger and tastes, will be easily enticed by APC money bags.

16/ So, as the APC rigging machines are on the onslaught across the 2,627 Polling Units, PDP Agents/Canvassers TURN BLIND EYES. The rest will be history.

Dear @GovernorObaseki, @GEJonathan & @atiku failed to implement the above-mentioned strategies. Thus, why they lost to GMB.

17/ Among other things, @GovernorObaseki & @OfficialPDPNig must ensure its Contact Centres across all 2,627 Polling Units act as Situation Rooms for direct, immediate & onward transmission of RESULTS to the State's Situation Room.

He who fails to plan, plans to fail.
