Hi, I'm Sofia (not the First), but I'm sure I have been introduced already so this is me wasting characters😂.

So let's talk about my work and the content I create (issa thread - exciiiited).
I'm a hairdresser but I only work with natural hair 😝 .....so yyyeeeaaahhhhh I discriminate naturally. ImageImageImage
In my past life I should have been a teacher because not only do I style hair , I also hold master classes where I teach about natural hair care and grooming. I have been told I'm good at it!!! ImageImage
I am really passionate about my work , this is why I decided to start a YouTube channel where I make videos about my natural hair experiences. You REALLY should head over there and like , comment and subscribe ( shameless plug). youtube.com/channel/UC2NxL…
Soo , its really important to create content about stuff that you are really passionate about and have in depth knowledge on because
1. Apparently people like learning stuff
2. It helps you remember the stuff that you know because the human brain forget a lot.
3. People get to see you enjoy your work. So its important to spread the joy in whatever you do .
4. Its marketing.
5. It's a cool & fun way to actually make money.
If you have any questions hit me up and let's get the hair conversation going.

Uuuuhhhmmmm end of thread. Image

Sharing your content with the world can be very scary, this is because the content that we create is to some extent a piece of ourselves. In this thread, I’m going to give you guys some tips on how you can gain the confidence to share your content.
First tip! Don’t be scared of criticism, instead embrace it!

Sometimes we are so scared of what people will think or say about our content. This fear can be so intense that it can stop from posting content because we seek validation and approval from people on the social media.
Whatever negative feedback you may get from people, it’s up to you to decide how you will let it affect yourself. You can either cry about the whole day(not recommended😂) or you can use that criticism to build you. USE THAT CRITICISM TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.

I really genuinely urge you to bookmark what I’m about to share and give it a chance. Once you understand each individual, you’ll start to understand what we’re trying to do as a whole 🙏🏾
Here is a playlist that highlights the music that is being created.

So my earliest memory of this , i was say 4/5 years old ? Idk. Maybe earlier. Apparently I used to talk ALOT and I had all sorts of opinions and questions. I was also pretty sharp for a kid. So my mam’omncane said to me “Ah Ama , I think you should be a lawyer “ Image
I didn’t know what a lawyer was. But BOY did she sell me dreams . She made it sound so cool and amazing. & the most important part was that she made me believe @ that small age that I , Mina , uAmanda Sihle Ndlovu , I could it 🙏🏾

First thread is going to be the exclusive - never heard before story of the genesis of “Amanda and Banele” ❤️ YT
If you haven’t already , please subscribe youtube.com/channel/UCeczP…
So firstly it’s a family affair. The three girls to the left. Fun fact : we’re creating and running the channel from different cities 🙆🏾‍♀️ it’s tough but it’s really fun working with my sisters ImageImageImageImage
So it all started with one of those looong WhatsApp calls with my older sister @skyeharrison_ . Now , she’s the MVP behind everything. The woman is a genius. Amongst other things , she offers amazing services for creatives (pr management, helping you sell stuff and be awesome )

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Amanda ! A.M to the AND A.
Middle name - Sihle
Owako - Ndlovu
(Intro thread)
Born and raised in Bulawayo ❤️ This is where I am now. Living out my childhood dream of being a lawyer. (I wanted to be one for as long as I can remember- I’ll do a thread on this journey later ) Image
I’m a pretty chill person , can be very reserved but I believe in order to grow , you must constantly put yourself out of your comfort zone. For me this year , that was randomly creating a YouTube channel with my 2 sisters @skyeharrison_ & @banele_nd ❤️
