I only have 24 hours so this is likely to be my goodnight thread (also i'm tired now ). Please feel free to ask me any questions at this stage while I round up . I'd like to share some reflections that bring together all the different projects i twote (shh allow)
BUT FIRST , have you subscribed to "Amanda and Banele" , it's honestly really interesting . I promise
Firstly i'd like to say thank you . To @mentorshipzim and the 16 new subscribers that have joined since I started curating here. I see you
See YT is funny like that , we get a lot of stats in the background. Who is watching , how long you watch for , etc
We are a new channel, honestly its only been like 2/3 months, we're still kind of figuring it out and shaping up our brand. Right now my dilemma is fighting the temptation to create the content I think people will like / want to see -- and creating content that is true to me
Its hard to avoid counting subscribers and noticing negative or plain inappropriate comments. The more visible you are online the more people feel like they can have access to you in a way that can be really ..disturbing. I started a facebook account recently and wow - ha ah .
At the same time. It opens you up to so much growth. Platforms like this, people who want to collaborate , to help . You learn a lot about yourself. You have to teach yourself to be brave. I mean, I'm tweeting to over 13 thousand people right now. It's crazy 😂
My word of advice to everyone right now , would be to go for it. I mean, really really go for it.
That thing that just came to your mind.
Now is the time to create, to build. Dare yourself. It's not so much about win /lose, its about all the things you will learn on the way .

Sharing your content with the world can be very scary, this is because the content that we create is to some extent a piece of ourselves. In this thread, I’m going to give you guys some tips on how you can gain the confidence to share your content.
First tip! Don’t be scared of criticism, instead embrace it!
Sometimes we are so scared of what people will think or say about our content. This fear can be so intense that it can stop from posting content because we seek validation and approval from people on the social media.
Whatever negative feedback you may get from people, it’s up to you to decide how you will let it affect yourself. You can either cry about the whole day(not recommended😂) or you can use that criticism to build you. USE THAT CRITICISM TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.
#Cottage47 This is a group of individuals that almost instantly became like family to me. We’re a hub of people coming together to be great. Raising mental health awareness through various expressions of creativity. Music , art , poetry etc .
I really genuinely urge you to bookmark what I’m about to share and give it a chance. Once you understand each individual, you’ll start to understand what we’re trying to do as a whole 🙏🏾
So my earliest memory of this , i was say 4/5 years old ? Idk. Maybe earlier. Apparently I used to talk ALOT and I had all sorts of opinions and questions. I was also pretty sharp for a kid. So my mam’omncane said to me “Ah Ama , I think you should be a lawyer “
I didn’t know what a lawyer was. But BOY did she sell me dreams . She made it sound so cool and amazing. & the most important part was that she made me believe @ that small age that I , Mina , uAmanda Sihle Ndlovu , I could it 🙏🏾
