Recently there is a big uproar on Murugan being Tamil god alone. Its completely nonsensical.The politics of caste has blinded certain factions of Tamils into believing that Murugan is Tamil God. Lord Muruga is worshiped in North as well.This thread will throw some light on it 1/n
Skanda is mentioned in many of our Scriptures- Chandayoga upanishad revere him as Skandakumara, a vedic sage and religious teacher. In the Śatpatha Brahmāna he appears as one of the aspects of Agni. Rig Veda describes him with bells and banners, Atharva Veda with Peacock 2/n

In todays India, it has become fashionable to mock SanatanaDharma(SD),its customs&traditions under the garb of liberalism and FoE.Many mediums like books, paintings, stand up comedy&web series are used to shame Hinduism.This thread tries to highlight some of this hinduphobia 1/n
Let me illustrate with few examples. I am sure many are already aware.

Eg 1. Sacred Games -directed by Leftist Propagandist Anurag Kashyap portrays the the Guru-shishya system as homosexual and also gives a messed up meaning of Aham Brahmasmi 2/n
Eg 2. Gandii Baat, by Ekta Kapoor and Sachin Mohite, is not any ordinary adult show it portrays incest and rape. The whole series (I have not watched) is pure unadulterated bunkum based on the extremely horrible reviews. 3/n

@Itishree001 @punarutthana To my knowledge Gomukhs refer to a place where holy waters spring forth. For eg- Gomukha tirtha in Mount Girnar (gujrat) where water flows and fills a tank called Gomukhi Ganga. In Mt Abu there is Gomukh Kund, the origin of Saraswathi.

SARS-CoV-2 is the 3rd strain of coronavirus from a zoonotic origin to develop a sustained human-to-human transmission. A lot of significant differences are found in the major surface protein between this strain and others.
Recent studies showed that our organism’s humoral response to this surface protein that mediates viral entry (spike glycoprotein S) is specific to the new strain and fails to cross-react with other strains of coronavirus.
