TITLE: YOU ARE HIRED

HIRE: To engage someone's service(s) for a particular agreed amount.

God means business; He is business minded with our lives. Do not think you won your life, God owns your life.

- God hates idleness. Matthew 20:3-6.
- A lazy man for God is a wicked man. Matthew 25:24-6

- It is prerogative of God to call, chose and reward and the kind of reward to give. Matthew 20:12-15

- It is God who calls and chooses men. Jeremiah 1:5; John 15:16; 1Corinthians 1:26-29
- When God, choose, it's so that all glory will be for Him.

- There is nothing you do foo God that is a waste. 1Corinthians 3:9-14
- Obey His calling and expect to be rewarded and be content with it.

THINGS HE HIRED US TO DO.

1. To bring forth fruits. John 15:16; Luke 13:6-9
- Anyone not bearing fruits shall be cut down. John 15:1-5
Check your life, are you bringing forth fruits.

2. To tell people about the gospel. Romans 10:14-15
- All believers have been given the ministry of watchman. (Ezekiel 33:2-11); and the ministry of reconciliation. (2Corinthians 5:17-20)

3. To make disciples by telling others about Jesus. Matthew 28:19
- Disciple is someone who has been trained in the footsteps of the master.

- A true disciples lives and practices the way of the master; He does not have a mind of His own.
- When a disciple is far from the master, he will backslide.

In the midst of it all, God will never owe you a reward. He expects your obedience and returns and you are to expect His reward too.
