Satpute: My client wants to settle but then richa started putting out posts saying we have won. Payal faced a lot of trolling, she was humiliated. But despite that we are preparing consent terms and we will settle.
Court: Ms. Bedi, is it correct that your client has said some things on the media?
Court: When you want to settle, it is best to not put up such things.
Bedi: Payal put up a post on her handle, that she will not apologize. I want it to be kept back at 4.30 for Dr. Tulzapurkar.
Court: You both don't agree with each other, what do we do?
Court: You have more than an hour, just talk it out.
The Suit is to to refrain them from making irresponsible, derogatory and defamatory remarks against Bollywood as a whole and members of Bollywood, and to restrain them from conducting media trials of Bollywood personalities
The suit asks the news channel to ABIDE by the provisions of the Programme Code and to withdraw, RECALL and take down all the DEFAMATORY content published by them against Bollywood.
