2) More importantly, FDA's Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for BINAX NOW says it is for use only “within the first seven days of symptom onset”. It is an early illness test—not a recovery test! So Conley citing it is inappropriate. #COVID19 
3) Notably the FDA guidance even says “Negative results do not rule out SARS-CoV-2 infection and should not be used as the sole basis for treatment or patient management decisions, including infection control decisions” ⚠️
4) Also the memo notes “ongoing assessment if virus culture data” - which implies that the specific test to see if the swabs taken from Trump can still be cultured (grown) & used infect cells — is STILL NOT DONE YET! That is one of the smoking gun evidence and they don’t have it.
