[Thread] Last Night's #IndigenousPeoplesDay2020#DayOfRage & Police CopAganda. PPB reporting that there was an undercover Fed. While this isn't surprising, there is always a chance this is being used to make everyone suspicious of eachother. And if Feds were in the crowd...
2/they were likely participating in riot. Police also claiming shots were fired into bar at protest. Sorry, gunshots don't go unnoticed. Portland police were totally absent for hours until after statues were toppled. The night before they arrested 26 for standing in a crosswalk..
3/Police claim to be busy with man with gun in SE. They have 900 full time cops and only a couple dozen are on the Rapid Response Team. The 911 call for man w/ gun was made at 645pm according to @pdxpolicelog, statue was downed around 9pm...
4/Chief Lovell also says most resources were tied up with riot when assistance was requested for man with gun. Which were they busy with? Lovell also says police didn't know destination of march. They had Feds in the crowd that they communicated with and didn't intervene for hours
5/ Almost seems like they wanted to let property get destroyed w/ cop on the inside. Feds have been known to entrap, and encourage crime rather than prevent. Look up the Christmas Tree Bombing. Horrible comparison, but you get the point. google.com/amp/s/www.buzz…
6/ The fact that a gun was seen on a protester doesn't make sense. That's not something people just see, especially a fed disconnected from the random protester that was arrested (If you get what I'm saying).
7/ There was someone asking about who the organizers were to inform them a felony was being committed (I think there are different grades of crime based on knowledge of crime).I also saw a femme in bloc and shield appearing to secretly film (its possible they wanted to film cops)
8/ Then they also arrest the snack van guy and say it's because he pulled the statue down with van. Im pretty sure that did not happen. I don't know why they are using these justifications to target. They have been doing whatever they want. Maybe because they got negative...
9/attention for arresting 26 protesters the night before, for crimes they looked like they were going to commit in the future.
10/Police claim "the incident met the legal definition of a riot." They never use the terminology, "legal definition", and they have declared many riots. As "Law" enforcement, they should always declare riots based on criteria determined by the "Law". Yes, this was an actual riot

The Police Bureau found the strike to the head was “not intentional” and therefore not considered lethal force and the Independent Police Review office viewed the strike as a “push,” Rosenbaum noted in his report. oregonlive.com/crime/2020/10/…
DOJ settlement requires use of force report for each incident and supervisor to conduct after action review. The city’s Independent Police Review office, which had received 550 police use-of-force data reports from protest-related cases but one after-action oregonlive.com/crime/2020/10/…
"The bureau had completed only nine of the 19 four-day annual, refresher training sessions when training was halted in spring.
The canceled training means 485 officers haven’t received the required eight hours of use-of-force training needed for state certification..."
[Thread] I won't be silent anymore about the dangerous self-proclaimed leaders known as Black Unity PDX. Bare with me as I lay out a series of events that have occurred at protests. Many attacks on activists, residents & houseless folks were all related to the same group....
2) Early in #GeorgeFloyd protests the policing of protesters was intense, where members of the "Swoop Group" known as the Portland Protest Bureau, now @blackunitypdx would get physical with protesters for touching the fence, once threatening to shoot and calling one a fa**ot.
2a) Later same peace police was seen throwing a glass bottle at JC and asking people in blac bloc for their contact info. Later said he don't fuck with people in black, because to him they are cops. Later he stuck up for accused snitch, Mason Lake when exposed.
Portland Police started press conference about how they will handle the #ProudBoys rally/counter demonstrations this Saturday with a video of the Molotov cocktail thrown last night. They showed the video before the Chief even started talking. It seemed random. This is #Copaganda
Here is Chief Lovell falsely claiming that an officer was injured and then deceptively making it sound like the officer had to be put out by fire medic. The video from multiple angles shows this to be false.
Portland Police Chief Davis tells the public that he doesn't believe tear gas was used last night, video shows it was definitely used and Portland Police were wearing gas masks because they knew it was used.
