So let's speculate on what really happened with this Hunter Biden propaganda. This is one possible interpretation of the facts we have on hand.

Hunter Biden drops off three laptops for repair and data recovery with Mr. Isaac in April 2019. 1/

Mr. Isaac, sympathetic to right wing conspiracy theories, thinks he may have been handed some kind of evidence and somehow contacts Rudy Giuliani.

Copies of the data are made. Emails are extracted and converted into PDF form in September and October.

Giuliani uses his FBI contacts to get one of the laptops (and a disk of unknown origin) subpoenaed by the FBI as part of some sort of investigation.

They sit on this info until three weeks before the election when they hope for maximum damage.

They clumsily release a scan of the subpoena which lets anyone read the bled-thru handwriting on the back to reveal the name of both the repair person, and the FBI agent involved. They clumsily fail to understand that PDF files have metadata in them.

The unmasking of the FBI agent leads the FBI to quickly become involved, contacting Twitter, Facebook, and major media and notifying them of the problematic nature of the origins of this information, making the story radioactive to other major news outlets and social media.

For all these reasons their story rapidly falls apart.

So what above is fact and what is speculation?

Facts:
• The laptop drop-off for recovery/repair.
• Mr. Isaac is a believer in the Seth Rich conspiracy theory, hinting at his sympathies.
• Somehow Rudy got involved at some point - before the FBI was.
• The PDF files were created after drop-off, before the FBI was involved.

Please note already based on the facts how horrible this looks for Rudy, Mr. Isaac, and potentially for the involved FBI agent. The chain of custody on this laptop was utterly destroyed by their involvement. Somebody should be in big trouble here though it isn't clear who.

Speculation:
• Rudy was involved before the PDF files were created.
• Rudy was involved in the creation of the PDF files
• It was Rudy that got the FBI involved
• The FBI was in contact with social media and news sites about this.

For me it's an open question of how you get access to a copy of the subpoena that has the proof of service information filled in on the back (this is the handwriting that bled through and exposed the repair guy and FBI agent).

My suspicion is that this copy is not normally publicly available. However it's also possible that the agent fills out this information on the copy left with the repair guy. This can be checked but I don't know the answer at this time.

Potentially this could point towards the FBI guy being improperly involved, rather than simply being duped. We don't know. But this is definitely something that people should be demanding an investigation into.

And let me throw in some particularly wild speculation here but it could be possible for this FBI agent (who is an SSA, and who may have worked out of New York previously) could potentially be someone that has already been looked at previously in connection with Rudy.

And/or could be a pro-Trump SSA that was mentioned in that DOJ IG report about Crossfire Hurricane.

These are both really wild guesses and kind of unlikely. But wow if either of those panned out, this agent's career could be over.

(Whereas if he's a career SSA who was duped into obtaining a politically motivated subpoena on evidence that had been in the hands of lying political operatives for months, his career is fine. Totally fine.)

And I just noticed that in a bizarre coincidence, the date on the subpoena for Biden's laptop is the same date that the IG report on Crossfire Hurricane came out.

A couple of people have asked the question of whether this was even really Hunter's laptop. And it's a fair question. We have no firm evidence that it was.

But there's a subpoena with a real FBI agent's name on it. I just don't think Rudy is that high, or his balls that big.

Either he forged or altered a real subpoena, which is probably some sort of crime for which he could be immediately arrested, or the laptop was really subpoenaed, in which case nobody is stupid enough to create a fake Hunter laptop and then hand it straight to the FBI.

In other words, I consider the alternate speculations where most or all of this evidence is complete fabrication to be crazier than the one I've suggested.
