Happening now 👉#RadOnc Resident Educational Resources Survey with @ChelainG
✅191 PGY-4 residents + 18 PGY-3 residents from 89 programs for an 81%(!) response rate (100% of programs represented)
✅programs divided into tertiles for further analysis
✅Top tertile with significantly more programs with faculty:resident ratios >1
✅No differences between % of time attendings covered
✅52% of programs without expectations of cross coverage
✅21% of programs with >12 months at required sites away from the main site
✅Top tertile programs more likely to give 12 non-clinical months, 9% of programs give <6 months
