a maskless trumper also came over and ia arguing with the sign holdees

more folks are arriving for the vigil, flag wavers group is still small

one of the flag wavers is yelling some indiscernible shit, in response those here dor the vigil yell "black lives matter! say his name! kevin peterson!"

the family requests things stay peaceful, this is a vigil and not a protest

its reiterated that this is not a protest and not to engage the flag wavers

the vigil is beginning in five minutes

the flag wavers are still here, i wish theyd fucking leave and let kevins family mourn in peace

the vigil has begun, out od respect im keeping my distance, since theres so many folks crowding, i also am keeping an eye on theese flag waving fools, who won't just go home

just across the lot, the vigil site is quiet, and the air feels heavy with greif

theres so many folks at rhe vigil site i cant even get close, its at least a good few hundred folks
there ia a speaker going but i cant understand whats being said

the parking lot of the us bank is entirely full, this is an outpouring of support, i can hear a chant of"Kevin peterson! Black lives matter!"

folks are reminded this is a vigil not a protest

looks like the flag wavers are leaving, according to claudio of @Cascadianphotog said that those who spoke to the flag wavers told them "we dont care what youre about, this is a vigil"

bunch of folks just filed into the street over one chud, a reminder was said again that this is a vigil, and folks yelled and those who went into the street to come back

this is a personal feeling but, this feels disrespectful toward the vigil to go against the families wishes

a truck just plowed through the crowd, appears there is a possible injury

a vehicle blockade has been made to ensure safety.foe.medics, etc
