Howdy Tweeps. Hey look! It's Caturday! But not just *any* Caturday ... Halloween Caturday! #getexcited!
Anyone have any special plans for today/tonight? My plan is to survive until tomorrow, and then the next day, and the day after that, etc ... #goals
Another goal is to figure out what else to type out here ... *drums fingers* ... oh, I know. No, wait ... not that. TMI! 😬

Hmmm ... Oh, I know.
You want to know what's kinda weird? Not wearing glasses. I'd worn glasses since I was 13 (1969), but since my cataract surgery, other than using readers to fill out a form or two, I haven't worn any. I'm still getting used to that.
Anyway, other than the fact it's another beautiful sunny day here, and the current temp is 58 degrees, I don't have much more on my mind. I hope everyone is enjoying their Halloween Caturday!
Oh but wait, there's more! A timely reminder to change the clocks tonight (or, you can wait until tomorrow morning - your choice)!

The day after tomorrow is Election Day, and imo it's the most important Election Day in my life time. Possibly ever. There is a lot at stake.
If you've been around me for any length of time, you've probably seen me tweet about people taking their rights for granted, figuring that nothing and no one will ever threaten them.
If you still think that way, you haven't been paying attention over the last several months, as our rights are under threat from the Biden/Harris ticket and Senate Dems as never before.

Howdy Tweeps. It's Sunday ... I think. It is Sunday right? My watch was wrong when it said it was Monday, right? Thought so ...
I reset my watch (only thing I had to change manually) last night at about 11:30 PM. Checked it this morning, and it said it was Monday, not Sunday. Wut?
Checked my phone and laptop, both of which said it was Sunday ... so changed my watch. Stupid watch. Scaring me like that is no bueno!

NT! As a veteran, and someone who loves this country very much, Memorial Day is pretty close to being sacred to me, as I think of all who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedoms.
Every Memorial Day, one Bible verse stands out to me as expressing what this day means. John 15:13 (KJV), which says, "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."

NT! Just some thoughts on what Pelosi is doing by withholding the articles of impeachment. It's my opinion that she's doing it to infuse time into the process, to see if any cracks ...

NT! Another area of comments that I've been responding to over the past couple of days regards the "Lufkin Licker" girl, who disgusted the Nation with her act of licking the top of a carton of Blue Bell Ice Cream, and then putting it back.
Here are the facts as *I* know them. This occurred at the Walmart store in Lufkin, TX. She was accompanied by her boyfriend, who I presume is the one who filmed her unlawful act.
She is a minor, so her name is not going to be released, although law enforcement has identified both her and her boyfriend, have talked to both of them, and they've admitted doing the deed.
