The day after tomorrow is Election Day, and imo it's the most important Election Day in my life time. Possibly ever. There is a lot at stake.
If you've been around me for any length of time, you've probably seen me tweet about people taking their rights for granted, figuring that nothing and no one will ever threaten them.
If you still think that way, you haven't been paying attention over the last several months, as our rights are under threat from the Biden/Harris ticket and Senate Dems as never before.
And if you think it's no big deal what they've been saying, you go right ahead and vote for Biden. But if he wins, kiss your rights good bye.
They've told all of us what they plan on doing from "Day One" - strip us of our Second Amendment rights, so they can go after our First Amendment rights. Believe them when they say that.
They also want to pack the Supreme Court, to put more radical judges on it, to create a "super legislature" to ram through all of the other things they want to do.
They want to abolish the Electoral College, so that Presidents are elected by the elites in the coastal enclaves, specifically NY and CA. They want to silence those in "fly over country" who had the audacity to elect Trump in 2016.
They want to make states out of PR and DC, adding 4 more D Senators, making a permanent majority in the Senate, and end the filibuster, silencing the minority.
They want to end the fossil fuel industry, costing millions of jobs and making us dependent on other countries again. Countries such as Venezuela, Iran, Russia and China.
They want to repeal the Trump tax cuts and regulatory reforms he's put in place, which would mean *everyone* would pay more in taxes. Including those making less than $400,000 a year.
The GND and "Medicare For All" would also be enacted, costing trillions of dollars, for which they have no plan of paying for all of that. Don't forget free health care for illegal aliens.
If all of that doesn't bother you, vote for Biden. But. If you *don't* like their plans to "fundamentally change America" into something unrecognizable, then vote for Trump. Even if you don't like him personally.
There's a lot at stake this election. We can choose freedom that's protected by the Bill of Rights, or we can choose the chains of bondage and misery under socialism. Your choice. Choose wisely.

Howdy Tweeps. It's Sunday ... I think. It is Sunday right? My watch was wrong when it said it was Monday, right? Thought so ...
I reset my watch (only thing I had to change manually) last night at about 11:30 PM. Checked it this morning, and it said it was Monday, not Sunday. Wut?
Checked my phone and laptop, both of which said it was Sunday ... so changed my watch. Stupid watch. Scaring me like that is no bueno!
Howdy Tweeps. Hey, look! It's Friday! Woo hoo! #getexcited! The weekend has started! Oh, and before I forget, don't forget to set your clocks back on the 1st. *grumble*
It's a bright sunny day outside, with the temp at ... *checks* ... 59 degrees, *and* a nice strong breeze blowing through. Instead of rain cleaning the air, it's good ol' wind. I'll take it!
Oh, hey! Mailman stopped by today. My ballot is on it's way! I was beginning to wonder ...
NT! As a veteran, and someone who loves this country very much, Memorial Day is pretty close to being sacred to me, as I think of all who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedoms.
Every Memorial Day, one Bible verse stands out to me as expressing what this day means. John 15:13 (KJV), which says, "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."

If you ask a young man or woman today if they love the people they're around all the time, you may get some funny looks, or some flippant remark in answer.
NT! Just some thoughts on what Pelosi is doing by withholding the articles of impeachment. It's my opinion that she's doing it to infuse time into the process, to see if any cracks ...
... show up in the Republican ranks, and the media has seized ... pounced, even ... on the remarks made by @lisamurkowski over what McConnell said about coordinating with the WH ...
... but conveniently leaving out the fact that she *also* criticized Pelosi and the House over the entire process that they undertook. One of the things I saw in all of the coverage about ...
NT! Another area of comments that I've been responding to over the past couple of days regards the "Lufkin Licker" girl, who disgusted the Nation with her act of licking the top of a carton of Blue Bell Ice Cream, and then putting it back.
Here are the facts as *I* know them. This occurred at the Walmart store in Lufkin, TX. She was accompanied by her boyfriend, who I presume is the one who filmed her unlawful act.
She is a minor, so her name is not going to be released, although law enforcement has identified both her and her boyfriend, have talked to both of them, and they've admitted doing the deed.
