Members of this group have broken out windows in multiple businesses on NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and in the Lloyd District. Members have also thrown projectiles at police and pepper sprayed community members.

All persons must immediately leave the area.
The rioters in the Lloyd District have been dispersed by officers, so the riot declaration is being rescinded as of now. Numerous businesses have been damaged. PPB is monitoring for any further illegal activity.

There is a gathering in Kenton Park and learned that it was the initiation point of a planned unpermitted march. Participants were seen wearing body armor and helmets. Officers observed shields and moved in to take them for safekeeping before they could be used.
Objects were thrown at officers. At least two people have been arrested.
To those gathered at or near Kenton Park: the roadways near Kenton Park remain open to vehicular traffic. Immediately vacate the roadway and proceed to the nearest sidewalk or into Kenton Park.

A gathering has formed at North Precinct, blocking all lanes of traffic on Northeast Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard south of Northeast Killingsworth Street. Drivers in the area please use caution.
To those gathered at North Precinct: You are not to enter the property of North Precinct. Southeast Emerson Street is closed between NE MLK and NE 6th Ave. If you enter the property, you are trespassing and subject to arrest, citation, and/or the use of crowd control munitions.
Portland Fire and Rescue has determined that the fire in Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard is a danger to the community. Move away from the fire to the SOUTH so firefighters can come in and extinguish the fire. Move to the south now.
