My opinion is they wanted to show that President Trump was negligent in handling the Coronavirus Pandemic measures. This would trigger COG non friendly handling of the Health Emergency noted in CONPLAN 3560. Cue he was a Russian you know.

I do not have any credentials behind my name but if I remember correctly during the Spanish Flu they took infected peoples mucus and used it with non infected individuals to test the spread or communicability of the disease.
None tested were infected. Individual Health, environment and possible genetic disposition were factors.

Consumer Protection will drive the Market and DATA a great place to start. Medical DATA due to their constant abuse of HIPPA and civil Rights. They have become downright un civil to the point where Genocide is an acceptable norm.
Bitcoin will not go away but in order to limit its competition or adopt it major criminal reforms must be introduced.
The BBB a front anymore for Corporation Advertising and the Credit Reporting has gone to class warfare under the guise of DATA theft and poor credit upkeep.
Choosing what is right for a Consumer buys or selecting who gets their Credit and who does not has become a very discriminatory system. Performance of a consumer is based on not if they pay but the minute,hour, days they may be late.
