The five latest Manitobans to die of #COVID19 are all Winnipeg women:

• One in her 50s
• One in her 60s (St. Boniface outbreak)
• One in her 70s (Parkview Place outbreak)
• One in her 80s (Simkin Centre outbreak)
• One in her 90s (Maples personal care home outbreak)
Change in isolation protocol:

Anyone symptomatic or whose household member is symptomatic must isolate until test result comes back negative.

Roussin says he knows this will lead to absenteeism.

Health-care workers/first responders exempt. Some others, potentially.
Repeat: Entire households must self-isolate pending results of COVID test by one symptomatic person.

Symptomatic people should have zero contacts.

Says household members are getting sick and spreading the virus.

Roussin says there alternate accommodations are avail.

Premier Brian Pallister is speaking. The topic is supposed to be the app he announced way back in the spring - Help Next Door, which is supposed to connect volunteers with people who need help during the #COVID19 pandemic.
The pandemic was 12 days old when he unveiled the app.
