Okay, folks, here’s my report. I voted for DJT in Fairfax County, Virginia! As I predicted: no line. 👇🏻They gave us these little pens so no one had to share. I walked in & was the only person getting a ballot. 2 others were already behind their screens voting, but that was it. /1
One interesting thing: as I walked up, there were 2 ladies there & 1 called to me & pointed out the Dem slate on a sign. (Perfectly legal were she was.) I said, “Thanks but I’m voting the straight Republican ticket.” She literally took a step back & her jaw dropped. /2
Now I’m going downtown DC to check on my office & get my snail mail. I don’t plan to go there the rest of this week just in case there are issues. 🤨/3

So I’ve looked at everything I can find, taking into account what counties haven’t reported & how things were trending, etc., & as of 4pm today I think where we actually stand is here 👇🏻. I’ll give you the scenarios, but overall, either man could still win at this point./1
AZ looks to be very close. We should get their final before PA. To my eye, the counties & trend favor DJT, but most of the outstanding vote is early/provisional so the percentages could be different from my view. If DJT wins AZ, this is where we stand. /2

Flynn. So this is going to be a threat about the Motion to Disqualify that Sidney and team filed last week seeking to have Judge Sullivan remove himself from the case. /1
I'm going to talk about the pleading generally first - a high level takeaway - and also the timing issues and then I'll go through it and that lastly I'll talk about what will/can happen with it. /2
There has not been a ton of commentary on this pleading from lawyers. The reason for that is I think two fold: 1. It is sometimes difficult for lawyers to talk about whether a judge is misbehaving for fear of retaliation or for fear of saying something inappropriate themselves./3
Flynn. So there were filings today in Gen. Flynn's case by his counsel, by DOJ and by the amicus curiae, retired judge, Gleeson. I'll start with the easy stuff and work my way to the harder stuff. /1
First, Andy McCabe's lawyer, Michael Bromwich, (whom you may remember as part of Christine Blasey-Ford's legal team) sent a letter to Judge Sullivan a few days ago that Judge Sullivan ordered placecd on the docket. That is not uncommon for judges to do, btw. /2
So Bromwich's letter is a whiny screed about how - Oh. Mer. Gawd. - there are dates written on McCabe's notes that are not in his handwriting & how dare mean old @SidneyPowell1 use them to supplement her icky filings on behalf of Flynn! /3
You may have seen recently that Nancy Pelosi was campaigning in Michigan. She wasn't just doing that to support Joe Biden. The Democrats are preparing for a scenario in which the House of Representatives has to choose the President under the Constitution. /1
That could happen if the electoral college votes are tied 269 to 269 or if neither candidate receives 270 votes, which could in theory be the case if one or more states cannot get its electors together by the deadline in order to cast their votes. /2
In that situation, the House of Representatives chooses the President. But, it does NOT do so by each MEMBER of the House voting. It does so by each STATE casting one vote. So, to win, a candidate needs to get 26 or more of the states to vote for him. /3
