1. When it comes to spiritual stuff, I don't take strong positions. My experiences shaped this. So, I had seizures on the same day of the year on 3 consecutive yrs. This was some 24 yrs ago. The 1st time, I was actually with Sekuru Amon Murwira kwaGutu. This was baffling.
2. One day my mum took me to this old man who lived close to Hande near Dorowa. We get there, the old man gives me a mukombe with some water & says go outside & wash your face. He gives me some bitter porridge that I was supposed to eat at home. That thing was poison🤢
3. What I didn't know was that he had told my mum that if I had seizures that night, that wld be the sign I am healed. Indeed I had seizures. It has been 24 yrs. I actually studied Med Lab Sciences coz of that. Unfortunately the old man died b4 I cld get a sample of that muti😭
4. Fastforward 24 Feb 2007. It was around 2am. I felt like I was half awake. I started having a conversation with a voice. The voice said a lot of things. Things that had to do with the Bible. Then I was presented with 2 female faces. "Choose your wife", the voice asked me.
5. That Sunday, I was supposed to go meet a girl that I had pursued for some time. That was the day she had said she wld tell me her decision. Now, the 2 women one was Catherine Zeta Jones and the other was kinda blurred. I picked Catherine.
6. At that point a sharp bolt of pain blazed thru my whole body. Then the voice said "All that glitters is not gold. You will miss your blessings by not paying attention. Your wife is this one" referring to the blurred girl. When I came back to my senses I cld not sleep.
7. The following morning I decided to visit my uncle's pastor who lived nearby in Monavale. Our encounter wasn't satisfactory. He just didn't get it. I even convinced myself that it was a dream. But then I went and read the Bible & found the things we had talked abt.
8. I had never heard of Catherine Zeta Jones. I searched the name on the internet & saw the same woman I had seen that night. That Sunday on my way to see the girl I had an appointment with, I decided to go to Celebration Church. That was the 1st time I voluntarily went to church
9. As I was in church, my eyes were suddenly opened. I recognized the identity of the second lady. I texted her immediately that I wanted to see her. My destination changed immediately. I didn't tell her of this until after she was my wife 8 months later!
10. She is probably the only woman who can tolerate me. I always say if she wasn't there I wld probably be dead or Zim wld be free. She is gifted spiritually & we have witnessed things that one day we will write abt. These experiences shaped my views on spirituality.
