• One in her 90s, linked to the outbreak at Seine River Retirement Home.

As you've heard if you've been watching Friesen and Siragusa, the health minister has called for an investigation into the Maples PCH - but not an independent inquiry.
Questions remain as to how "adequate" care was provided at Maples when paramedics treated dehydrated residents on Friday.

Friesen suggested patients can deteriorate quickly.
Friesen and Siragusa continued to maintain Manitoba prepared to protect vulnerable people in care homes.

Premier Brian Pallister is speaking. The topic is supposed to be the app he announced way back in the spring - Help Next Door, which is supposed to connect volunteers with people who need help during the #COVID19 pandemic.
The pandemic was 12 days old when he unveiled the app.
