Trump would most likely remain President. How?

• Pennsylvania (20) Election would most likely be annulled because Republican observers were barred from witnessing the counting over several hours. So state legislature, which has Republican majority would be electing the electors

Then, there are other states.

• In Arizona (11), it is possible that Trump would overtake Biden.

Counting is at 98% with ~17K vote difference. Trump side is hopeful.

Georgia (16) would be having a recount with special emphasis on auditing the votes from Atlanta.

That would be shifting to red.

Michigan (16), Wisconsin (10), Nevada (6) results are going to be contested in court for irregularities. Plenty of funny stuff with the tabulation.

There is strong speculation of use of corrupted software for counting these votes.

Manual counting could spring a surprise.

Computer glitches in MI are known to have given up to 6K Trump votes to Biden in just one county. There are 47 other counties using the same corrupted software.

In Michigan Legislature, Republicans have majority (58 to 52).

Governor is Democrat.

In Wisconsin was the funny incident that 138K ballots were added to Biden count at once and Trump had won no vote, a statistical impossibility.

In Wisconsin Legislature, Republicans have majority (63 to 35).

Governor is Democrat.

So either the vote auditing process in MI and WI would show up the irregularities, and the result would look very different, meaning Trump would win, or ...

... the republican controlled state legislatures would be selecting a group of electors to the Electoral College.

Both in Michigan and Wisconsin, Republicans control both the state senate and state house of representatives, so if the state legislature have to select a slate of electors, there be no conflict.

Once the Supreme Court gives a go ahead for an auditing of the votes in these states, either Trump would win the recount or the state legislatures would decide on pro-Trump electors.

Just a matter of time before Trump gets a majority.

During that time Biden can enjoy the limelight.

Ted Cruz is one of most eloquent and knowledgeable Republican senators. He is saying, everybody should let the process play out and then coronate President and VP-elects.

Of course, Trump can still win.

If there were fraudulent votes cast, that too in bulk, as would be necessary to influence election, it would have to have the right postal timestamp, right signature and be correctly filled out.

Those votes would be found

have legislatures, both State House & Senate with Republican majorities. If issue with fraudulent votes is not cleared by 13.12.20 they will pick electors.
