The Top 10: What can a President Biden fix on January 21, 2021 (let's give him one day to celebrate):

1. Undo all of the travel bans affecting millions of Americans and their families (by EO or Proclamation);
2. Order @StateDept to begin liberally issuing F-1 visas again;

3. Order @USCIS to reinstate DACA AND expand eligibility to anyone who arrived prior by 1/1/2016;
4. Reinstate TPS for everyone cancelled by Trump;
5. Notify Congress that he intends to recapture the #DV2020 visas not timely issued by @StateDept;

6. Notify @USCIS and @StateDept that derivatives are no longer counted against the allocated visa numbers in Employment and Family based categories;
7. Announce that @USCIS and @DOL will be withdrawing any regulations issued or published within the last four years;

8. Order @ICE to cease all removal operations in the interior and to immediately reimplement prosecutorial discretion at every level;
9. Order @DOJ_EOIR to immediately cease implementing every decision issued by the BIA and the AG since January 20, 2017; and

10. Order @CBP to immediately accept asylum seekers in accordance with federal law.

There are about 915 more such policy reversals that need to take place to restore sanity to #Immigration system.
