Adv Prashant Bhushan, appearing for one of the petitioners submits that notice was issued earlier and several dates were secured by the State.
Govt is trying to delay this because as per the info we have, the three persons are going to be appointed as Ministers in three days, Bhushan.
The 6th Resp has no case whatsoever to be appointed as a Minister.
