DDS still using the Yolanda funds against Pnoy and Mar Roxas, but fact check would reveal that the fund was intact and accounted, was fully transferred by the previous admin (Pnoy) to the new admin (Duterte)...

In Sept. 2017, NEDA thru a gov't website, PCOO, announced that the P11.25 Billion is intact and unspent. Hindi nagastos at nasa pangangalaga ng bagong administrasyon.

So on record we would have the longest lockdown or more than three months? We have ECQ, MECQ, GCQ, MGCQ; and subject to modification, as in extensions or reversion. Note that LGUs can also apply a hard lockdown or so-called special lockdown to a particular barangay unit...

It is clear that a lock-down is a PREVENTIVE measure or call it 'buy for more time' to halt massive infection/ transmission of the virus so that the health authorities can prep up our health care facilities; acquire test kits, improve hospital bed capacities and equipment...

It started last month, the NBI summoned more than a dozen people for allegedly spreading...
