1) In a letter sent to Georgia SoS Raffensperger, Rep. Doug Collins & Georgia GOP Chairman David Shafer lay out the problems inherent to Georgia's pending audit & recount based on the actual directives issued by Raffensperger.
2) The audit does not include a review of signatures on absentee ballot applications and ballot envelopes to confirm the validity of the statutory signature verification process by the counties.
[I don't know how/if this can be rectified at this point]
3) Collins & Shafer express concerns about transparency and meaningful access to the auditing process by designated monitors.
"Your office announced today that the state parties can designate only one reviewer for every 10 audit teams."
4) Timing: "We are very troubled by the directive issued today that counties must certify their results by 5:00 P.M. tomorrow [11/13]...it is completely improper for counties to be directed to certify the accuracy of the results before the audit and hand count are completed."
5) "Your training and guidance were issued only within the last few hours and the counties are directed to start the audit tomorrow. That is simply not sufficient public notice of the existence, location, and times of the audits and hand counts."
6) "Security of the paper ballots is critically important....the Secretary of State's office provided no substantive guidance regarding the necessity of maintaining the security of the ballots, the transporting of ballots, and documenting the chain of custody as required by law."
2) In an Oct. 11 order, just weeks prior to the presidential election, U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg agreed with the concerns associated with the new Dominion voting system, writing that the case presented “serious system security vulnerability and operational issues..."
3) These risks are neither hypothetical nor remote under the current circumstances,” Judge Totenberg wrote in her order.
Despite the court’s misgivings, Totenberg ruled against replacing the Dominion system right before the presidential election.
"The technical side of this election, the electronic voting, there's probably some problems there and they're going to find those out...What happened was when the votes didn't get to the numbers that they needed, now they come in with the mail-in-ballots."
Gen Flynn (cont): "I believe they are going to find mail-in-ballot problems like we already have seen, that were after the fact to get to the numbers to achieve a victory...I pray that I'm wrong, but that's my gut following a lot of information and a lot of insight."
Dems pushed mail-in-ballots until late Sept. They suddenly switched to pushing in-person voting.
1) We all know Dems were heavily pushing Absentee Ballots - as they have for many years.
In April, Pelosi was pushing "for a vote-by-mail provision in Congress' next coronavirus relief package." nbcnews.com/politics/congr…
2) The Dem controlled House tried to push an amendment to a "2002 law known as the Help America Vote Act to make a sworn signature sufficient proof to vote on election day in all states."
Might be worth examining spending by PA of proceeds from Help America Vote Act (HAVA) Grant Fund ($17.1mm) & HAVA Election Security Grant Fund ($18.2mm).
County proceeds ($6mm & $7mm) distributed by Kathy Boockvar on 4/27 & 4/28 respectively. dos.pa.gov/VotingElection…
Use of proceeds is vague.
$6mm from Grant Fund:
"including but not limited to voter notifications and education, increased costs related to mail-in and absentee voting..."
1) Reminder: ~Feb. 4, 2014, Victoria Nuland & Geoffrey Pyatt discussed the ouster of Ukrainian President Yanukovych and installation of opposition leader Yatsenyuk as PM.
Then-Vice President Biden was referenced as perhaps being willing to help cement the changeover in Ukraine.
2) On Feb. 22, 2014, Yanukovych was removed as president of Ukraine and fled to Russia.
On Feb. 27, 2014, Yatsenyuk, the candidate favored by Nuland, was installed as prime minister of Ukraine.
3) In April 2014, Joe Biden would get personally involved in Ukraine, as would his son, Hunter.
