The 2 on the left are what’s called blank rounds and the one on the right is a live round. The other 2 from the right are spent shell casings.

Blank rounds do not have a projectile or a bullet.

Blanks are mainly used to simulate the firing of a weapon with all the sound and cycling of the action without a deadly projectile coming out of the weapon’s barrel.

Blanks also have a lower power factor (less gunpowder) compared to live rounds & can only be fired semi-automatic or single shot.
