pinonpost.com/nm-dominion-vo… This post lays out a process. It does not follow that process to it's own logical conclusion. We need hand counts. That's how these other counties in MI, AZ and now GA have found issues. @NMSOSMaggie says she has no evidence of fraud.
Well, duh. She hasn't looked for it either. Watching a selected county's Canvass Board is more evidence that there has not been any serious efforts to examine what has happened in NM. It was embarrassing to see these folks ask questions. What I saw were leading questions.
As if there were efforts to NOT embarrass election officials. I watched a seasoned County Clerk attack the integrity of veteran. She literally said that this poll challenger had not read SB 04. @JohnforNM references SB 04 in the above article. And he is right about
Republicans supporting SB 04. Senators from the Republican Party literally took no information from those who could have helped them avoid giving MORE power to an already power-drunk governor. But I digress. To watch the attack of poll challengers with NO serious
effort to defend the duty of poll challengers was like watching the slaughter of calf destined for veal. Add a few fava beans and the meal would be complete. The sad part is the ignorance of what is actually written by the legislature. SB 04 contains no such language
prohibiting poll challengers full and meaningful access to the entire process. When pressed (sort of) for a citation for this specific prohibition, the BOE Chief actually quoted from Guidance from the SOS's Office, NOT THE STATUTE. Let that sink in for a moment.
I actually attended the rule making session where @NMSOSMaggie's staff crafted this prohibition. It was a stilted and weird exercise in creating public regulation. There was real, thoughtful opposition, but not one single comment from those who ultimately created the rule.
Let us be completely blunt. This rule created by the SOS bears no resemblance to the law by which it was crafted. I know some of the readers of this thread have long since left. Those who are left should hear this note. This is the inside baseball stuff that leads
to reduced confidence in the election process. Yeah. That's what this is about. This rule making session by the SOS is more evidence of the nefarious activities of the SOS and her staff. Since we are being blunt: What do you have to hide? The above article is a story
tying to the national narrative of Dominion software, and definitely a timely missive. There are a few issues where I would part company with Mr. Block, specifically the aspersions cast upon Ms. Duran. Yes, the documentation of her human foibles loom large. But, as you have
often heard me say, even a broken clock is right twice a day. Some things Ms. Duran tried to accomplish still need attention. Photo ID being one of those efforts. Yeah. I said it. We need to require photo ID. We also need Canvass Board members who understand the process
well enough to properly challenge the SOS. The Dominion software is vulnerable. @JohnforNM begins this quest for a better set of software. Thank you sir. We need to examine those who may have been coaxed into a purchase by a corporation whose servers have been
seized by the United States Army on foreign soil. Not sure we will ever see all of the data that lead to these actions, but the fact that a US Congressman has put this fact into the public narrative must be a very sobering moment for New Mexicans, and, I would hope, one
particular Secretary of State. Finally, where is the exit ramp from this freeway of zany clown cars? We need hand counts. Hand counts are what are producing the evidence that has moved the national narrative. These hand counts need to be done in New Mexico.
I know of two races that are well within the bounds of the 1/2 of a percent necessary to get a recount and recheck. These races cover multiple counties and would provide the first real examination of the questions surrounding the Dominion software. @elisa1121 has been on this
issue in detail. She knows that we need evidence in New Mexico. Follow her, if you don't already. I am sure she supports hand counts. The DA's race in the 13th Judicial is a handful of votes separating the Republican Josh Jimenez and the Democrat. This area
centers around Valencia County, Sandoval County and Cibola County. So you would be examining multiple county clerks. Rick Little's race is also in the mix. I believe that would include Otero and Dona Ana counties. So we would be able to hand count in 5 different
counties and get actual evidence. If this evidence reveals any maladies, I say we start looking for new software. Unroll @threadreaderapp #nmpol

Dem Congresswoman Says Party Will Be 'Torn Apart' if It Pushes Progressive Platforms: 'Don't Say Socialism Ever Again'. Please say that to our @GovMLG. She is turning NM int a petri dish for socialism. We are about to be redistricted into a permanent newsbreakapp.com/n/0XXyIcsL?s=a…
fight between which side of the Democrat party owns conservative districts. We have had all checks on election Integrity removed so that there cannot be faith in election results. The NM Supreme Court has sided with the socialist in NM. Our access to redress of grievances
through the Canvass Boards are closed meetings, as is the same for our Legislature. There is no way to record our grievances with our government. Our right to go to court was denied in a suit in the Primary. The government decided we did not need to be represented in that case

There's a saying in finance "Take care of the pennies and dollars will take care of themselves." That should be applied here. The group that should do the investigation is the local board of elections & the challengers on that board. But, as you know, challengers are excluded.
#nmpol @NMSOSMaggie Excluding challengers is a breach in electoral process. You failed us. You kept us from seeing where the real decisions were being made. The NM Supreme Court is equally guilty in their decision to support this intensely weak position. There is no redress of
of grievances. The CANVASS BOARDS need to be the place where we go to handle these problems. Sandoval County has a canvass board meeting Friday. Who's in? #nmpol @MMarcie2012 @ElectJayCBlock @abq_united @republibrarian @p_anaya75 @andstillkool @ABDforNM @JohnforNM @Rbaker4NM36

Election 2020 protests: Donald Trump supporters gather in Phoenix, Las Vegas; National Guard activated in Portland; 4 arrested in Denver. Watch where the challengers show up in this story. Same conditions of keeping challengers out by Maggie newsbreakapp.com/n/0XWrZ3jC?s=a…
here in NM. We did not riot. Not really sure how to end this tweet because we do not seek a civil war. Our Supreme Court in NM sided with Maggie. Keeping the electorate out of the decision making is a SERIOUS breach in transparency. The Judicial System in NM failed to allow
for redress of grievances against the government. The RNC failed by not allowing these separate case to be properly developed in Sandoval County and Dona Ana County. State Party failed by restricting access to the press by county leaders. The government in NM is failing. #nmpol

Albuquerque | Democrats dominate 1st day of voting in Albuquerque area. Pretend for the moment the story is accurate. Is it possible that Maggie @NMSOSMaggie would want to discourage Republicans? newsbreakapp.com/n/0XEw0ZHY?s=a…
She used to take my calls so that we could get accurate information. Those days are gone. We know she never shut down recruiting "volunteers". The last communication she and I had, she refused to answer the question of what these newly recruited "volunteers" would actually do.
So Maggie, tell us all: what are you asking these people to do? Can you prove these "volunteers” are not doing official duties of your office? Are you using tax payer resources to recruit, train or deploy these "volunteers"? You could have avoided the questions if

Chris Wallace says President Trump ruined his plans for a 'substantive' debate. I have not turned on #FNS since 2016 after @FoxNewsSunday's Chris Wallace's sloppy interview with Ted Cruz. There is so little value when the reporter/interviewer IS the story. theblaze.com/news/chris-wal…
#TurnOffFoxNews I did not like the debate, but I do understand President Trump's anger. I wish he had taken the opportunity to turn Joe Biden's childish jabs into true presses for equality. Trump was right about Biden's "super predator" comments. bing.com/videos/search?…
To be fair, Biden called young blacks predators. It was Hillary who used the phrase "super predators". Trump has done more for blacks than most. newsmax.com/jackbrewer/tru…

Voter Fraud Cases Emerge in Battleground States of North Carolina, Georgia disq.us/t/3rk6yzt Mr. Geoff Snider of Bernalillo County continues to delete comments on Republican Party FB page about election integrity. Recent efforts at a county meeting to engage on the issue
were met with derisive comments by Mr. Snider. I went to do the honorable thing to shake an opponent's hand and engage only to met with foul language and dishonorable responses. Even if you disagree that election fraud happens, it is no excuse to censor the discussion
on a public venue designed to deal with the issues and message of the County Republican Party. I have had multiple calls about how Bernalillo County Republican Party is ill prepared to monitor the integrity of this election. These concerns are not being addressed
