Supreme Court hears a plea by ML Sharma against the #FarmActs

CJI: There is no cause of action and then you cannot challenge the validity of a law. We remember the case

CJI: We will pass an order in this.

Sharma: Only thing to be seen is whether the Parliament has the power or not

CJI: withdraw the plea

Sharma: I have the question of the law. Why should I withdraw?

Supreme Court orders restoration of the petition. To be taken up after 2 weeks for admission.

This petition by Sharma was dismissed earlier while notice was issued in other petitions challenging farm acts by MP Kisan Congress Committee and others

Now SC restores the plea and will again hear it for admission after 2 weeks
